SOME USEFUL TIPS:
- No need to tilt your head backwards as is the norm in using nasal drops.
- Do not breathe in when spraying. This ensures spray stays in the nose and is not carried to the throat by breathing in.
- Spraying in the wrong direction eg on septum over a period of time can cause nasal bleed in addition of being frustrated by lack of improvement in symptoms
- Keep your nasal spray canister in a cool shaded place.
- Always replace the cap back on after using the nasal spray
- Never use it beyond the expiry date
